I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TigerLead (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
I had a phone interview then an in-person interview where I had to present some work. Then they kept in touch via email and phone, but then eventually the contact stopped. They ended up not needing UX and needed something else. Good thing because I didn't like their offices very much.

Interview
1 Phone interview less than a week after applying. Very lengthy interview on site a few days after phone interview. Met with 6 different people, all basically asked the same questions. Very basic interview questions, nothing unexpected or outrageous.

Interview
Applied online received a call within two weeks. Went through a phone interview and two in person interviews. First interview was with two people asking basic interview questions. Second interview they showed me the system they created and had me do a few things with it then interview with a third person. Not sure why I even had to interview with the third person they asked the same exact questions I was asked in the first interview and they weren't a manager or supervisor.
