There was a recruiter screen. After the screen, I did a sql coding exercise. Afterwards, I had a statistical interview. The last round was how I would run and design an experiment.
Took about six weeks from start to offer, longer than I anticipated. The process involved a technical phone screen followed by two rigorous coding rounds and a final onsite interview. I tackled questions on defining success metrics and detecting suspicious transactions, along with writing pseudocode for self-attention and cross-entropy. Halfway through the coding round, I realized that the problem I was working on was straight from a PracHub prep session just days earlier. Overall, it was a challenging yet rewarding experience, and I’m excited to join the team.
