Generally well-structured and professional. It included an HR recruiter discussion, followed by another interview with hiring manager. The questions were relevant to the role and focused on both technical competencies and behavioural aspects.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TikTok (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Had an HR call. I felt it went well, HR said she will submit my application to the HM, then didn't hear back for a week. My application still shows 'interviewing'. Not sure why they don't reply emails and also don't reject. Confused!!!
