Interview
Ich hatte insgesamt 4 Vorstellungsgespräche. In jedem hat der/die Interviewer*in mehrmals drauf hingewiesen, dass die Stelle sehr blöd und wiederholend sei, als ob sie mich davon abhalten wollten. Jedes mal bekam ich das Gefühl, dass die Stelle scheiße war und ich mich lieber um was anders bewerben sollte.
Die erste HR Managerin, die mich kontaktiert hat, hat die Firma während des Bewerbungsverfahrens verlassen. Das baut nicht besonders viel Vertrauen auf.

Very fast, clear and helpful TA team throughout entire process. The TA in charge of me was very supportive and guided me through my interview work process to ensure that I was updated throughout the entire process

Walk me through your thinking process to conduct content moderation and quality assurance in your past work experience.
Easy and smooth process. 4 stages interviews so be ready to WAIT as it’s a very long process, I think it was a couple of months for me before I got the offer.
