6 rounds of interviews, including a presentation, and I was told I got the job in the final interview. Then I was ghosted - not just by the recruiter, but by the hiring manager who had initially approached me on LinkedIn and the country ahead who provided his personal contact. A few choice words for that kind of treatment, but essentially not a great reflection on this organisation.

Initial phone screen with the recruiter was great. However, found out that the company was adamant about return to work, and the office being too far of a commute, I decided not to move forward. A shame because the role was super interesting and would’ve been a great fit. Recruiter was understanding and very professional throughout.
