Not sure about the whole interview process, I've never had a conversation with hr explaining the whole process. I've applied via Indeed and was contacted by hr via email, she immediately scheduled a phone screen interview at 7pm PST because of the time difference. Coding interview was fine, interviewer had heavy accent. Design interview was unprofessional, no coding/writing tools were used, you supposed to explain your design verbally.
