The interview process consisted of three, 30 minutes interviews with different people around the company. IT felt like this was being made up as I went through, and I was never informed what the full process would look like. The time between interviews was long and communication scarce. After what I was told would be my final interview, I did not hear back from TikTok. I then contacted them again to follow up, and to this day have never had a response. Terrible experience!
