Interview
Initial call with a recruiter who was very informative. The call was a little weird because she asked me to start giving her ideas of what the department can do better and would tell me if she thought if they were good ideas or not. Moved on to a virtual interview with a PM in China who wanted me to go deep into what I’ve done with other companies. The call was okay and got the sense that devotion to company is 100% expected. Didn’t hear anything after that.
I email them for a follow up and never got a response.

They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.

A really technical case and how to solve the pain point.
There are in total 4rounds including 2 rounds with senior peers and 1 round with +1 and round with HR, not that difficult. But I think the experience match is most important……..
