Process is well organized. Managers are nice and speak to the points to understand your experience and problem solving skill. HR is very quick and helpful. All in all, I have positive impression with Tiktok interview process.

I applied and got a phone interview within 4 days. Still waiting on results from Interview for position. Phone interview last 15-30 minutes. Asked questions related to the job, experience in client relations and growth.

Interview process was interesting as the team followed up to speak with me, indicated I would be speaking with the hiring manager during my screening interview and then ghosted shortly thereafter.
I only went up to a recruiter call but they told me there will be 3 rounds of interviews (One with hiring manager, another with head of department, and the last one with other teams)
