Interview
The process took about six weeks from the screening chat to interview outcome notice. I did one screening chat, two rounds of language assessments and three rounds of interviews (peer-level, hiring manager and panel with HR and hiring manager's boss). So total six rounds with about one round per week. The process was straightforward and the recruiter is very active and responsive.

What are the risks in XXX (country) to Tiktok What do you know about the role/the department also some scenario questions to see your reasonings (prioritise matters to be flagged to other teams) etc.
It was a difficult interview but otherwise enjoyed the opportunity. Everyone was very professional and asked mostly behavioral questions related to potential risk assessments and frameworks in an e-commerce landscape.
A recruiter reached out to me by email and let me answer a few questions through email, and the same person scheduled a 30-minute phone screening with me for some housekeeping questions. The hiring manager round was 45 minutes, which was schedule one week after the HR screening

Primeiro processo com o RH global. Segunda etapa com o gerente da vaga. E depois a empresa sumiu sem algum feedback. Vai fazer 2 meses desde a segunda etapa e nenhum retorno da empresa.
