All interviews were set up at night after 7pm and turned out they couldn't even match my current pay (which should be discussed from round 1). The available time for interviews was already a red flag that shows a bad work life balance to me.
Very short interview, it was by phone. General experiencie and how I usually handle objections. They dont have a budget to relocate, and they also wont help you to find an appartment.

The process is quite quick once you pass the cv. Interview with team was quite chill & conversational.
