The interview starts with profiling, explaining my current role and what kind of projects I usually handle. The desired experience are; ability to handle relationship and collaborate with government bodies to create activation for Tiktok; and portfolio of handling activation projects. Current salary and benefits are also asked.

Zoom one on one. 20min behavioral + 25min case study. The interviewer was a strategy manager from the same team I was applying for. The process will chill and interviewer was super friendly and engaging.
