Although the in-house recruiter initially said that the process from first interview to offer should only take about to weeks, it actually took over 2 months until the final decision and messages to the HR team regularly went unanswered. After the recruiter screening there were another 3 stages with different team members and managers. The first call with a peer contained a surprise test to be completed on the spot. The 2 interviews with leadership in China/Singapore were heavily focussed on processes and a bit rocky due to language difficulties.

Went through 4 rounds of interviews was told I'm 1 of 2 canidates to make to final round...did a good job on the interview went over the time and then hiring manager said they were deliberating and need 1 or 2 days to get back to me whelp it's been 2 weeks and not a word just ghosted. Could atleast have the decency to give me a rejection email.... unprofessional.
