I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Timberland Bank (Hoquiam, WA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Interview was good. I just met with current network administrator and went over some technical and non-technical questions. I was shown around the office space and then was escorted back outside.

Interview
An HR Consultant contacted me to interview after a phone screen in Nov 2022 who identified herself as having previously held the role I was interviewing for before she retired, and was just brought back in to hire for this role because the current person in role would be taking a different position. When I arrived to the interview in person with the Consultant, she asked the same questions as she did during the phone screen. Very basic questions about my resume, and even more awkwardly, she kept staring at my breasts (mind you I was conservatively but appropriately dressed).

Interview
Met with CTO and the IT team over Zoom. Overall they seemed nice and courteous. Each team member took turns asking questions. I did feel uncomfortable during parts of the interview, specifically when answering questions. It’s not that the questions made me feel uncomfortable, but rather some team members would make stink faces and presented themselves in a manner that made me feel that I was unwelcome and not worth their time. For example, making frowning faces while I was speaking, sitting in a position that indicates a disinterest in the interview, not bothering to dress for the occasion.
