Phased across 4 stages. Detailed, but necessarily so. Very thorough which gave me confidence that they want to find the right person. Interview with hiring manager, team member and CEO.
The recruitment process consists of four stages: an initial informal chat, followed by a scenario-based interview, then an online assessment test, and concludes with a final interview with the CEO.
