Interview
It has been a long time since the screening interview over the video, and I have not heard back, and do not know where I stand. There was no communication after meeting with the hiring manager and two employees. It should not take three weeks to let someone know where they stand.

How do you learn best, are you a visual learner? Name a time when you had difficulty at work, maybe an issue with your boss and you needed to implement something.
