There were 3 interviews and 1 test. First interview is taken by head of QA/Support team. Second interview will be taken by HR assistant. Then you have to give written test next day, based on simple SQL queries and simple English based questions regarding customer handling. Then third interview will be taken by lead person of a particular team (US/ UK/AUSTRALIA) via Microsoft TEAM. It will be a detailed general talk regarding your last position, Cv and about you. It was a great experience overall. The process of interview is good but too lengthy. Also, they dont bother to reply back after interview. If due to any reason you are not hiring someone after taking along processed interview then you should email them and notify them that you are not hiring him/her.
