I interviewed at Timeless Medical Systems (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview is only 15 minutes, and they have not mentioned the salary on the website. It may not be worth spending time on it. I asked for feedback multiple times, but I did not receive any response from HR.
I applied online. I interviewed at Timeless Medical Systems (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I had an interview with HR. It was hands down, one of the best interview experiences I have experienced in a while. The interviewer provided great insight into the company and its culture. I felt welcomed, and relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed this interview!

Question 1
What attracted you to this job posting? How does it relate to previous work experience?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Timeless Medical Systems
Interview
I spoke at first to the recruiter, then to the director, then to the rest of the team, and then to the VP. A portfolio of work was required, which is par for startups.
I had a great time speaking to everybody involved. It is obvious that this organization has highly experienced, substantial talent that are held to high standards and perform difficult work.
However, after receiving the offer, I mentioned my concerns about work-life balance that I had seen reflected on this site. My offer was almost immediately rescinded. While I can understand why this would come as a concern for the hiring team (nobody wants an employee who leaves early every day, etc.), this should raise an equal level of concern for individuals considering applying at Timeless (ex: if you see a therapist once per week during business hours, can you work here?). Be very transparent to both this organization and yourself regarding expectations. This was a deeply unusual behavior to have seen following what was otherwise an aboveboard interview process.
