I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Tinder (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was recommended through a friend and emailed the recruiter. Then I was set up with a phone screening with a software engineering lead and was asked very basic questions. They were mainly behavioral questions with a smudge of technical questions. I really thought I did well but I got a rejection letter the day after. Even provided that I have Android experience under my belt, I really don't know what they expect from interns to even consider them.
