Interview
In person, informal interview and weld test. Interview was not difficult, interviewer wanted honest answers. The welding test was done right after. Thirty minutes was given for the welding test, welding machines were set up beforehand. Instructions were given and was not difficult. I didn't finish the welding test and was still offered the job. Interview wanted to see if applicant would listen when told to weld a certain way to obtain better welds.
