Horrendous. Interviewed for 3 rounds (recruiter forgot to send context that third round was a presentation. No info given. I pulled some slides together with 5 minutes notice only to have the hiring manager opt for a conversation). I received great feedback from everyone and was told an offer was on it's way. I had a competitive offer in hand and was transparent the entire process. After a few days of, "it's coming we promise ... put the other company on hold" I heard absolutely nothing. Reached out twice and finally - 4 days later, 1.5 weeks after my last interview- was sent a generic decline email reply. The reason? The hiring manager loved me but her boss (VP) didn't -apparently I needed more startup experience. Dodged a bullet if leadership isn't on the same page about hiring requirements. Don't recommend!

After 2 individual interviews and a third presentation / panel interview to 5 people with amazing feedback, I literally got ghosted. Reached out to follow up and was given some bs excuses and promises to get back to me and then, nothing from the recruiter or hiring manager. Not even a rejection letter. It’s very much giving “we’re a gong show.”
