I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tiqets (Rome) in Mar 2025
Interview
I was initially contacted via email and then offered several options for scheduling a first introductory interview with HR. I found the team to be extremely accommodating and flexible in finding a date and time that fit well with my availability.
At the end of the first interview, I was informed about the possibility of a second, in-person interview. A few days later, I received the official invitation via email.
The second interview lasted about an hour or slightly more and was attended by the managers from the department I was applying to. After the usual introductions and a discussion of my previous experiences, I was asked a series of technical questions and took part in a few role-play exercises.
