First I had a couple of phone calls with the recruiter and then a video call with the direct manager of the department I was interviewing with (super nice guy!). A couple of weeks later, I was invited to an in-person meeting in their Emeryville HQ to hold a short presentation (giving past work examples) and to interview with a total of five different people. I stayed for 3.5 hours and joined an intense cardio work out during lunch hour in their in-office gym. The recruiter was very professional, friendly and responsive (often within minutes of emailing). The team meetings were casual, fun and I actually enjoyed them a lot. However, after the last meeting, T9 stopped communicating and updating me on the progress of my application. I followed up with them a couple of times but they explained they hadn't made a decision yet. More than five weeks later, I received an email saying that they found a better fit. I totally understood but was disappointed about the lack of communication for over a month. I would have loved to get an offer...
