The interview process was VERY thorough. I had 3 interviews with the company: phone screening with HR, video conference call with the Workforce Management manager, and an onsite panel interview. The interview process took approximately 2 weeks.

For the onsite panel interview, I was asked to analyse previous months' call data, prepare a color map of staffing need, and make suggestions for potential schedules.
