A phone call about 20 minutes long. Was with a recruiter with the company and the recruiter seemed all business, no real personal connection. I felt like it was more of going through motions than the desire to actually see if I could be a fit.

It was a really awesome, transparent interview process. First, I had an interview with a recruiter who was very helpful and supportive during the whole process! Second interview was a phone call with a district sales manager then an in person with the same manager. Had to do a restaurant analysis which I thought was cool because it gave you a taste of the position and what it entails. I had a fourth call with a different sales manager who actually would be the boss and point of contact for the position I was applying for. He was really eager to help and offer feedback and was transparent on the job hours and expectations. My last interview was a phone interview with a regional Vice President, hard interview but very fair and asked a lot of thought provoking questions! I really enjoyed the process and am excited to join the Toast family!
