Starts with a phone interview asking basic questions. Second round involves a basic programming challenge. Third round involves multiple programming challenges, fairly simple problems, as well as interviews with various senior team members some of them technical but also communication focused.

Interview process was decent; tasks were enjoyable to complete albeit used old and near redundant technology.
However the interviewers would ask complex questions in the middle of the task which would take a good amount of time away from the coding challenge..which ultimately ended up being my downfall due to not being able to finish this challenge to their expectations. Quite an unfair process and thoughtless. Unfortunate as I felt like I would be a great fit and had many ideas to improve their processes.

Create a screen that retrieves a mock api that has a list to be displayed. Should show end-to-end integration (MVVM with clean architecture, separation, testability, dependency injection, etc).

Pretty standard affair. (1) Recruiter interview, (2) technical screen, (3) Three onsite interviews.
I only went as far as passing the tech screen as I received a different offer. Tech screen involved pair coding / problem solving
