      Account Executive Interview

      25 Nov 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Tolmar in Aug 2025

      Interview

Interview process is wildly long, Manager does a phone screen, then manager does in person meeting, then you talk to everyone on the managers team, then a HR representative and another manager, then the director of sales. Most of it is easy - brush up on STAR technique which is so antiquated and really not useful in interviews these days. The HR person will make you sell him/her to move to your city. The director of sales is a puffed up guy who is full of himself. He asks trick questions - soooo strange but totally full of himself and not a genuine guy at all.
