Had 3 rounds of interviews - first with HR then two with the team. Everyone was nice and good at keeping me updated on the process. A lot of the questions were situational to show your process.
First step was a screening call with the HR, who explained next steps clearly. This was followed by an online panel interview with a team leader and senior Director, who were both very friendly and made the experience very positive

Poucas perguntas pessoais, entrevistas focadas principalmente no cumprimento da função e perguntas e respostas com caráter bem objetivo (estilo bem americano): "o salário não é o que você esperava e não fará análise, só gerenciamento do projeto, como é isso para você?"
