The first step in an interview process is a phone interview, then I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. It last approximately 45 minutes to one hour.
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick
