I had four interviews over a span of five weeks. For my third interview, the VP didn’t even show up. Apparently he declined and asked HR to reschedule but she never did. After my fourth interview, I was completely ghosted. No response to my emails, no follow up saying I wasn’t moving forward, no acknowledgment in any way. I’m very disappointed in the company considering that the hiring manager and I discussed how integrity and reputation are the most important to a startup. The AI community is small and to completely dismiss someone that you spend four interviews on is a little shocking. I’m sure paths will cross again. They desperately need somebody in HR who will at least respond to an email. How can you trust a company who can’t even do that?
