Top Aces interview questions

The whole interview process was fast, able to enter the final (3rd) round in 2 weeks. HR screening was general and asked about general background. The second one was with the hiring manager, the final with the director. Eventually they wanted someone with a blend experience (project management and accounting processing) from one single job, even though I had from different jobs, it was not considered experience. Kinda sad and unfair that they used the past as the only metrics to predict the candidate's capabilities.
