I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Top Notch Consultants (Charlotte, NC) in May 2019
Interview
Group interview in a small office so you and another person are asked the same questions. That's not what makes the intreview bad -- it's the shady business. This is DOOR TO DOOR SALES. Literally you knock on people's homes to sell them FIOS upgrades. I was called for an interview for an entirley different position that the one that was brought up in my interview. If you want to do door to door sales and get experience on your resume - this is the job for you. I'm sure this is a good fit for some people, but they literally lie to you about it so be careful. I had read reviews similar to what I'm writing now on here, but still wanted to check it out for myself. Trust the people on here, this is a waste of your time unless you want to go into residential neighborhoods and knock on doors.
I kept imagining how many hopefully recent-grads were being coerced into accepting a job that ended up being nothing like what they thought it was going to be.

Interview
After applying online I got a call to set up an interview. When I showed up to the interview it turned out to be two of us interviewing with one of the managers. Company looked successful and passionate but towards the end of the interview they tell you that you will be working 9-9 M-F and 9-6 on Saturday spending the last 8 hours doing door to door sales leads. Wasn't the right fit for me. Got a call for a second interview but turned it down.
