The interview process was quite nice. The lead designer and head developer that I met with were pleasant and friendly. They asked me very common, reasonable questions, nothing off the wall. All told, I spent about 30 minutes with them. The atmosphere seemed casual and calm. I probably would have liked working there. The only negative to this process was that I was told that they would contact me to let me know of their decision. After 2 weeks, I called them. I was put on hold by the receptionist who came back on the line and told me that the woman I interviewed with would call me back. An hour later, I received an email from the receptionist, not the interviewer, saying that they had decided to go with someone else. It would have been nice if she had at least called me or emailed me herself. Overall, the experience was not bad.
