I first received a message via LinkedIn, followed by two telephone interviews and finished with an in person interview. I was offered the position within a week and started the following Monday. It was a quicker process then I've seen with most employers.

The interview was a breeze. I sat with the owner and VP and that alone would make anyone nervous. They were wonderful. Very personable and down to earth. They asked very good questions to really get to know you and your work ethic. It was by far the most laid back, informative experience I have ever had in an interview.
