Topco Scientific interview questions

The interviewers did not introduce the job description, and also did not introduce themselves about what they do and what their position title is. They asked what do you think how to promote and sell their semiconductor materials products in that area. They asked the salary expectation in the interview but it looks they took the note and in next interview, the executive board member told me in the end they don’t need to hire someone with long years of experience. Besides, in next interview, other interviewers from other BU joined the meeting and asked how you are going to sell or promote their business. It is not a real job interview but more like to collect the information and pirate the ideas from the candidates, and they mentioned they are looking for working partners, that can include a lot of meanings, they are not offering a job but to look for industry partners. That’s really bizzard. The company has a reputation that they helped Hiawei built the wafer fab in China and it is suspicious on their intention when collecting the information in U.S. during the interviews.
