Weirdest process I have ever seen. Was a big group event and then smaller interviews. Very clever but took way longer than a normal interview would have. The staff seemed friendly and it was a good way to meet future coworkers which I think was positive.

Interview
Interview process consisted of icebreakers, with a short personality interview and scheduling interview. Anyone who needed experience for their job was set aside at the end for additional questioning, no proper resume needed.
Easy and laid back, they made sure it was a stress free environment. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They eased my nerves with the group interview. Especially loved the playing golf aspect, created a very welcoming atmosphere
It was a very fun and engaging process; they really hire based on personality, not experience. Don't be worried or feel like you need to be prepared; just be yourself.
