The interview process is very unorthodox, but incredibly fun. It takes about 4 hours of your time. I would say at least 75% of the interview is done in group settings - playing games, conceptualizing ideas, presenting a product, etc. The "difficulty of this interview" really depends on your persona; they don't care much about previous experience, grades, etc - they want to work with smiling faces who are eager to bring their best every day. The hiring team are 100% looking for those with big personalities - bold, carefree, and unique characters. They assess how people act in group settings. This interview, and this job, is not for shy people. If you're easygoing, enjoy getting to know new people, are not afraid to present, and like to have fun/be goofy (this is huge) - then this place is for you. I personally loved working here. All the associates become a family, and it's rare to find a company like that.

They just asked about how previous experiences could help and what do I have to improve on which I said was how I can get too friendly with customers but it ended up being a good thing and they’re looking for that.
