I applied online. I interviewed at Topgolf (Louisville, KY) in May 2023
Interview
The interview is you interacting with a lot of people. You meet many employees and others interviews, it is a fun way to interview, a bit of a long process, but questions that made you be creative or come up with a good story not necessarily about working expectations or how you "fit" I took it as a new approach understanding its beneficial to hire large groups and see personalities.
They just asked about how previous experiences could help and what do I have to improve on which I said was how I can get too friendly with customers but it ended up being a good thing and they’re looking for that.
I applied online. I interviewed at Topgolf (Louisville, KY) in Nov 2025
Interview
Was a group interview where we played games and were put into a giant group circle to be asked personal questions in front of everyone. Examples of the questions- “What do you want to be remembered for?” “What are your passions?” “Who is your role model and why?”
After - 1.5 hours of that awkward and tedious huddle we were taken to speed date style interviews and finally to role play what our job position was (mine was a server)
The role play part was so awkward and I definitely bombed. I didn’t get the job and wasted 2 hours of my life!
Interview questions [1]

What experience do I have, tell me about yourself, what do you do for fun
Speed dating style. Focused on what teamwork means to me, how I can contribute to a team, & why it’s important to be a leader and also a active listener other times
