I couldn't have asked for a more delightful, organized or smooth interview process. From start to finish, I had an extremely positive experience and was impressed with everyone I met. I started with a phone interview with the CEO and then came in for three rounds of in-person interviews with 5 team members, including the CEO. Based on my experience and everything I learned during the approximately 6 week interview process, I can confidently say that TorchLight Hire seems like a fantastic place to work. Everyone I met was intelligent, friendly, thoughtful, warm and passionate about what they do. It's obvious that they operate with a lot of integrity, which is very refreshing. The flexibility and work/life balance they offer employees is also impressive. Though I did not receive a job offer, I still highly recommend this company.
