3 interviewers: Regional Director, Department head and a senior The director asked me to list all the things I prepared for the interview. She then asked about a situation that helped me to gain an insight. I told her about a time the agent was late in providing manifest code, and helped me to emphasize that the agent should constantly comfort and keep the customer updated.
