I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tory Burch (New York, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview was quick and in person. Just consisted of walking through my resume and speaking about my previous jobs and explaining how they would help me in this role. I was told more about the program, had a follow up interview with the team the talent manager thought I would fit well with and did the same exact thing. I knew within a day

First, had a brief interview with hiring manager. Questions about interests, knowledge of the brand. Then, had an interview with the 2 heads of the department I wanted to work in. More in-depth questions about how I would do certain things in that role, and gave a better look at what I would be doing.

I had an interview with an HR representative, and then two interviews with people within my field. Everyone was super nice and engaging and the questions were not extremely difficult.
