Interview
Long but unpleasant interview with a manager. The interviewer spent most of the time explaining his team's projects, which was nice, but it was pretty clear that the job was basically a staff augmentation project and the interviewer's demeanor didn't made the experience any more enjoyable.
Was asked to produce a (substantial) financial model and to send it to the team manager to showcase my skills. Didn't even got an rejection email.
Really disappointing for a company that has plenty of HR resources.

Après avoir postulé sur le site de recrutement, j'ai été contacté pour passer des entretiens sur site. J'ai eu deux entretiens le même jour, accompagnés d'un test Excel, et j'ai eu un retour une semaine plus tard.

le processus est normal , pas de demande de reference

I went to the office to have an interview and o think I did quite well. Never heard from them.. . I think they wanted someone more familiar with commodities and back office systems .
