Started with initial screening by HR. Round1: Automation Coding Challenge. Gave a test case related to Budget.com and asked to automate using selenium-java framework. Mentioned in the instruction like do not hit Budget.com multiple times and it may block you. While developing the scripts, I need to make multiple dry runs. After 5th dry run Budget.com blocked my IP. I was struck at that point and I opted out of the process since I felt that this is not a right organisation to work for. Advice to Management: - Non restricted Test site should be given for coding challenge and not some secured sites like Budget.com
