Tower Loan Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Pretty simple sit down interview. Phone discussion and then face-to-face interview. Pretty standard and basic, took about 3 days To complete the process and then you start right away. I found the interview to be pretty self-explanatory, just be honest and speak your mind and everything goes smoothly

Phone interview, tested completed on a computer in store, background check, drug test, in person interview.. credit had to be clean *not perfect but nothing in default. why does this have to be 30 words
