I met with the Sales and Marketing Manager and he gave me a tour in the facility, and we sat down for the interview. He explained two things would happen at the end of the interview: 1) he would give me a feedback; 2) I need to express my interest in the position and the company. Then the interview started: no difficult questions, just talking about my experience and he talked about the company and the position. At the end he said that I interview well and because he would be out of the office traveling for the most of the following week, he would call me next Thursday to schedule the second interview, this time with the company's boss. I expressed my interest in the company and the position and we shook hands on that. That never happened. He never called. I sent a thank you letter right after the interview, and when left him a voice mail 2 weeks after the interview. He never called back. I left another voice mail a week after that. He never responded. A week later I called on the cell phone from his business card and he picked up. I introduced myself and asked where I am in the process, but unfortunately the position was filled out.
