Town & Country interview questions

This review is for the office on Hwy 99 in Lynnwood. First interview was fairly straightforward and typical. Second was bizarre, at best. Met with the current director - I'm sure he's long gone by now - both times. At offer meeting, he explained to me what a terrible work environment it was. Stated that the owner regularly screamed obscenities at employees and that it wasn't out of the ordinary for him to ask people to "step outside", as in to fight him. Needless to say I rejected the offer.
