Do you always be the leader in the group or you can also be the group member?
1 round interview from 2 senior managers. Basically asking about your CV and some behavioral questions, whole process is chill and stress free. Offer release after around 1 week (contacted by HR)
Introducing yourself at the beginning about 1 min time limit and followed by some questions. Some questions like asking what business Towngas now involved and why interested in this program. Also some behaviour questions.
