Interview
Interview has 3 levels : Written Test, Group Discussion & Personal Interview. Level 1 is Online Test which is based on common sense and knowledge about TPS.
Level 2 is GD where a panel of 2 people review you based on answers to the topic given.
Level 3 is PI where DGM of the company reviews you based on your understanding of Production Systems.

Interview
The recruitment drive was through college campus placement( it was a pool type recruitment, where people from 4 college participated)
First there was an online written test.
The next day there was a GD round for the people who were shortlisted from the online test and then later the interview, the interview was basically like the HR interview with regional managers.
