Email from recruiter to answer 4-5 past projects/experience related questions, then structured phone interview to go over same questions and some other questions.. Spent quality time in the process but recruiter seemed unprofessional at her..Didn’t get back to me after all this even when she said she will get back in a week . no response to emails..
