I met with a recruiter at a conference after volunteering for the company. First interview was to get to know more about me for HR purposes. Second phone interview, I was interviewed by two engineers that asked two STAR questions and two personal questions. They also asked about things on my resume and an objective. Just heard back from the recruiter in December with an offer for the position. Also filled out the application.
